  1. What do you think of the Fast-5 approach as opposed to Eat Stop Eat?

  2. George: I think whatever works for you, BUT, at the very least, fast 16 hrs to get some benefit.

    I really enjoy fasting 36 hours -- say from 10PM on a Monday til 10AM on a Wednesday; it's easy and effective. I use lots of these during the holidays. On Christmas, pig out and enjoy yourself but follow it with a fast and some short, high-intensity exercise (you don't have to exercise, but I always feel better).
